Two little turkeys: AJ's bud, Zac.

John: Zac, are you going to teach AJ how to play football and baseball?
Zac: I guess, if I have to....

I love it! I have heard from the babysitter that Zac is constantly watching over AJ and attending (or getting Jen to attend) to his every need. What a great helper!

The Bay

Jack and Kate were great. They were such a HUGE help with AJ. They gave me little breaks throughout the day to lay in the sun, actually eat a hot meal and spend time with John. Kate just adored AJ. She would make him laugh and smile and she kept him quite entertained.

This summer, we again headed to Jacquie and PJ's for the 4th of July week. We had an amazing time. It was AJ's first time on the boat, his 1st time on the beach, and he got spoiled by sleeping with mom and dad every night!

John and I left July 1st. We borrowed his parents Yukon and loaded it to the top with baby gear, fireworks and food. It was so jammed packed that I don't know what we are going to do if we ever have another child. We'll be needing to take 2 vehicles where-ever we go!

We cooked crabs, rode jet-skies and the boat, and lounged in the sun. It was awesome weather the entire time and AJ and I loved the outdoor shower with the sun shinning down. We had a great time and the fireworks John got were awesome! They were the real deal! (June 1-5)
